教了几届高二的语文,学生成绩总不怎么理想。我埋怨学生初中基础差。上一学期,我从初中一年级教起,发现学生语文基础差得很。这下,我可不能再去埋怨小学了。我开始思考改进教学方法,解决学生基础差的问题。我认为需要解决两个问题。一个是教师的教学方法问题,另一个是学生的学习方法问题。从根本上说,是教法需要改革,否则,学生的学法无法改进,学生的语文水平难以提高。究竟怎么改呢?首先,认真指导学生阅读。我严格要求学生:文言文一定要读顺口;现代文要尽可能读得流畅,有感情。通过熟读,逐步培养学生的语感。阅读时,要求学生重视掌握常用字词,查字典弄清疑难字词,并在这些字词下注上符号,
