为了解6%抗坏血酸水剂对PVY的室内活性抑制效果,采用半叶枯斑法及常规汁液摩擦方法,测定了6%抗坏血酸水剂抗PVY的生物活性,检测了施用6%抗坏血酸水剂后接种PVY的烟草叶片中丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白及硝酸还原酶等相关生理指标的变化。结果表明:6%抗坏血酸水剂对烟草有较高的抗PVY保护活性,施用6%抗坏血酸水剂后接种PVY烟草叶片中的丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白等重要化学物质的含量变化呈现有利于烟草品质的提高;硝酸还原酶的活性均较对照处理的高。6%抗坏血酸水剂能够诱导烟草产生对PVY的抗性并对感染PVY的烟草起到保护作用。
