目的:观察岩白菜素的镇痛抗炎作用。方法:采用小鼠扭体法和甲醛致痛法、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法和小鼠肉芽肿胀法研究镇痛抗炎作用。结果:岩白菜素240mg/kg、120mg/kg灌胃对醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用,对甲醛致痛反应也有良好的抑制作用;岩白菜素240mg/kg、120mg/kg灌胃对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀有良好的抑制作用,对纽扣致小鼠肉芽肿也有明显的抑制作用。结论:岩白菜素具有镇痛抗炎作用。
Objective: To observe the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of bergenin. Methods: Analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects were studied by writhing method, formaldehyde induced pain method, xylene-induced mouse ear swelling method and mouse granulomatous swelling method. Results: Bergenin 240mg / kg, 120mg / kg gavage significantly inhibited the writhing reaction induced by acetic acid in mice and also had a good inhibitory effect on the pain induced by formaldehyde. Bergenin 240mg / kg and 120mg / kg Gavage on the xylene-induced ear swelling mice have a good inhibitory effect on mouse granuloma caused by a significant inhibitory effect. Conclusion: Bergenin has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
