系统地研究了金(Ⅲ)与meso-四(4-吡啶基)卟啉(TPyP)的荧光熄灭反应。在0.2~0.5mol/L硫酸介质中,沸水加热该反应即可完成,金(Ⅲ)浓度在0~8×10-6g/25mL范围内与荧光强度变化值△F有良好的线性关系。用摩尔比法和连续变化法测定金(Ⅲ)与TPyP组成比为2:1。本法不需辅助络合剂,操作简便,用于矿石中金含量的测定,与标准值对照,结果吻合。
The fluorescence quenching reaction between gold (Ⅲ) and meso-tetra (4-pyridyl) porphyrin (TPyP) was systematically studied. In 0.2 ~ 0.5mol / L sulfuric acid medium, the reaction can be completed by heating with boiling water. The concentration of gold (Ⅲ) has good linearity with the change of fluorescence intensity △ F in the range of 0 ~ 8 × 10-6g / 25mL relationship. The ratio of gold (Ⅲ) to TPyP was determined to be 2: 1 by molar ratio method and continuous variation method. This method does not require auxiliary complexing agent, easy to operate, for the determination of gold content in ore, and the standard value control, the results match.
