朱文相是当代戏曲理论家,也是一位优秀的戏曲教育家。他熟黯辩证唯物论和历史唯物论,站在中国哲学的高度,从美学层次和中华传统文化的“根”上,论述了中国戏曲艺术的基本特征。朱文相精辟地指出,话剧的民族化不是戏曲化,戏曲的现代化也不是话剧化,他强调戏曲要保持自己的美学精神。同时,一贯强调理论研究要联系舞台实践。朱文相治学正派,讲学术性,讲科学分析,不投机、不虚浮,敢于批评,是捍卫戏曲的战士。
Zhu Wenxiang is a contemporary opera theorist and an outstanding drama educator. He is familiar with dialectical materialism and historical materialism, stands at the height of Chinese philosophy, and discusses the basic characteristics of Chinese opera art from the aesthetic level and the “root” of Chinese traditional culture. Zhu Wenxiang pointedly pointed out that the nationalization of drama is not dramatization, dramatization is not dramatic, and he emphasizes drama to maintain its own aesthetic spirit. At the same time, it has always stressed that theoretical research should be linked to the stage practice.
