This article reviews the recent literature on the relationship between blood lead levels (0-70 μg / 100 ml) and subclinical biochemistry, hematologic changes, and blood lead and subclinical functional responses. From the hygienic point of view, questions such as the dose of blood lead as a representative of internal dose, the dose-response relationship with other parameters in the body, and the level of nonreactive blood lead were discussed.
