本刊讯近年来,针对高技能型人才培养的教材出版种类有所增加,但其内容、质量与高技能型人才培养的要求相比,还存在较大的差距:1.部分新职业(专业)没有教材。在国家劳动部目前公布的29个新职业里,只有首饰设计制作员、汽车模型工、模具设计师等几个职业工种有相关的培训类教材,其他大多数职业如经管设计师等,则没有相应的职业培训类教材。2.教材内容陈旧,不能适应新技术发展的需要。3.与专业教材配套的实践教材严重不足。4.教材内容与职业资格证书制度缺乏衔接。总之,高技能人才培养相关教材的开发出版已刻不容缓。 (林梅)
