利用水热合成法,以苹果酸为诱导剂,制备了形貌可控的WO_3粉体。探讨了苹果酸用量对WO_3粉体形貌结构及光致变色性能的影响。X射线衍射分析表明,WO_3粉体为六方相;扫描电子显微观察发现,未添加苹果酸制备的WO_3粉体,由长锥形和长柱形颗粒构成,呈松散的团聚状;而苹果酸诱导制备的WO_3粉体,为由纳米杆簇集而成的海胆状微球。苹果酸诱导合成的WO_3粉体具有较好的光致变色性能,当苹果酸与钨酸钠的摩尔比为0.05时,制得的WO_3粉体光致变色性能最好,色差值为28.23。
Using hydrothermal synthesis method, with malic acid as inducer, the morphology was controlled WO_3 powder. The effects of the amount of malic acid on the morphology and photochromic properties of WO_3 powder were investigated. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the WO3 powder was hexagonal. Scanning electron microscopy revealed that the WO3 powder prepared without malic acid was composed of long conical and long columnar particles, Induced preparation of WO_3 powder, as a result of nano-rod cluster of sea urchin-shaped microspheres. The WO_3 powder synthesized by malate showed good photochromism. The photochromism of WO_3 powder was best when the molar ratio of malate and sodium tungstate was 0.05, and the color difference was 28.23.
