目的:观察得康口服液拮抗5-Fu引起小鼠食量、体重下降及WBC减少的作用。方法:将60只雄性昆明种小白鼠随机分为3组,观察组用得康口服液与5-Fu联合灌饲小白鼠,空白对照组单纯灌饲5-Fu,正常对照组灌饲生理盐水,连续给药10天后测定小鼠食量、体重及WBC总数。结果:观察组小鼠日均食量(68.9±12.1)g,体重为(24.1±1.4)g,WBC总数(6.9±2.1)×109/L;与空白对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:得康口服液可以拮抗5-Fu引起的小鼠食量、体重下降及WBC减少的不良反应
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Dekang Oral Solution on food intake, weight loss and WBC reduction induced by 5-Fu in mice. Methods: Sixty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups. The observation group was fed with 5-Fu with Dekang oral solution and the blank control group with 5-Fu. The normal control group was infused with normal saline After 10 days of continuous administration, the mice food intake, body weight and WBC count were determined.
