中国一拖《营销体系卓越绩效评价准则与实践》一书近日正式发布。该书共有20多万字,汇集中国一拖营销案例近200篇。中国一拖董事长赵剡水、副总经理王克俊等参加发布会。发布会上,王克俊阐述了营销绩效评价体系发布的目的和意义。该书理论与实际相结合,为中国一拖各单位营销体系的自我评价提供了准则和实施指南,也有利于中国一拖对各单位不同的营销组织及方式做统一的评价,同时对于提升中国一拖整体的营销管理水平具有重要的指导意义。
