当今中国电视已进入频道时代,节目与节目之间、节目与频道之间的联系越来越紧密。这种关联度不仅建立在节目资源的开发上,而且还建立在受众资源的开发上。如何进行节目资源的优化配置?如何充分开发频道的受众资源?栏目设置与频道定位如何进行匹配?这些问题都是摆在电视台及频道运营者面前的现实课题。广东南方电视台经济频道对此进行了积极的探索和成功的实践,他们提出的“民生节目集群”的制播理念值得电视界同行思考和借鉴。
