鲫鱼味道鲜美,营养丰富,为广大消费者所喜爱,尤其是异育银鲫具有生长快,抗病强,耐密养,易驯化等优点,2001年在沈丘县国营渔场池塘主养异育银鲫试验,取得了显著效果。1 池塘条件 池塘两个,各6亩,呈长方形,东西走向,平均水深1.2米,水源为地下井水,水质良好,注排水方便,每池设ZY增氧机一台。2 清塘方法 4月12日,采用生石灰彻底清塘,每亩用生石灰100～125kg,化成石灰浆全池泼洒,放养前10天注水80cm。3 放养模式 采用“80:20”养殖模式,即放养80％的异育银鲫,配养20％的鲢鳙鱼。
