目的分析重庆市各区县结防机构的现有专业技术人员资源的现况,为今后合理配置和利用人力资源、提升重庆市各区县结防工作能力提供依据。方法收集重庆市各区县结防机构有关报表中在职专业技术人员的基本资料,分析现有人力资源状况。结果重庆市各区县结防机构实际在岗专业技术人员共475人,以3050岁居多,学历以中专、大专为主,无执业医师证人员占36.0%;人均服务人口数7.0万人、人均服务面积173.5 km。渝东北片区人均服务人口与人均服务面积均高于其他片区。全市各区县人力资源满足率仅为72.3%,渝东北片区最低,仅为61.0%。结论各区县人力资源不足、结构失调、结防工作压力大。政府部门应合理配置人力资源,提高利用效率,提升各区县结防工作能力。
Objective To analyze the status quo of the current professional and technical personnel in the prevention and control agencies of all districts and counties in Chongqing and provide the basis for rational allocation and utilization of human resources in the future and to enhance the capacity of prevention and control work in districts and counties of Chongqing. Methods The basic data of on-the-job professional and technical personnel in the relevant statements of the prevention and control institutions of all districts and counties in Chongqing were collected and the status of the existing human resources was analyzed. Results The actual number of professional and technical personnel in the district’s prevention and control institutions in all districts and counties in Chongqing totaled 475, most of them were 3050. Their education background mainly consisted of technical secondary schools and tertiary institutions, accounting for 36.0% of the total. The per capita service population was 70,000 and the average per capita service Area 173.5 km. Chongqing northeast area per capita service population and service area per capita were higher than other areas. The district’s county human resources satisfaction rate was only 72.3%, the lowest in Chongqing Northeast Area, only 61.0%. Conclusion There are not enough human resources and structural imbalances in all districts and counties, and there is great pressure to work on prevention and prevention. Government departments should rationally allocate human resources, enhance the efficiency of utilization and enhance the ability of prevention and control of all districts and counties.
