为了提高固体燃料冲压发动机性能,使用数值模拟的方法对圆孔隔板与加长燃料两种补燃室构型进行了对比研究。在燃料内径、燃烧室入口直径、空气流量及补燃室压强相同的条件下,得到了两种补燃室构型的放热量与总压损失。对二者进行综合比较后发现,圆孔隔板构型适用于补燃室较短以及发动机工作时间较长的情况;加长燃料构型适用于补燃室较长以及发动机工作时间较短的情况。
In order to improve the performance of the solid fuel ramjet engine, a numerical simulation method was used to compare the configurations of two kinds of afterburner chambers, such as a circular baffle and a lengthened fuel. The heat release and total pressure loss of the two afterburner configurations were obtained under the same fuel inner diameter, the diameter of the inlet of the combustion chamber, the air flow and the pressure of the afterburner. After a comprehensive comparison of the two, it was found that the configuration of the round hole baffle is suitable for the case where the afterburning chamber is short and the working time of the engine is long; the longer fuel configuration is suitable for the case where the afterburning chamber is longer and the working time of the engine is shorter .
