残胃癌（gastric stump cancer）通常是指良性溃疡病变行部分胃切除术后5年以上残胃部分发生的原发性癌肿。其诊断相对比较困难,且确诊时大多已属晚期。我院近年收治了2例胃镜检查阴性,而由上消化道X线钡餐造影确诊的残胃癌患者,现报道如下。
Gastric stump cancer usually refers to a primary form of cancer in which benign ulcer disease occurs in the residual gastric region more than 5 years after partial gastrectomy. The diagnosis is relatively difficult, and most of the diagnosis is already late. In recent years, our hospital admitted 2 cases of gastroscopy negative, and by the upper gastrointestinal barium meal angiography confirmed residual gastric cancer patients are reported below.
