随着现代社会的发展,我国党政建设工作也得到了相应的发展。特别是在交通运输行业系统中,有效推进学习型党政建设工作,对工作效率的提升和发展有着十分重要的帮助。但是在进行这项工作的开展过程中,也要对党员的个性化发展进行尊重,让其充分发挥个性,加强学习的积极性和创新能力,从而更好地帮助交通运输单位的发展。在对党员干部个性化进行培训的过程中,也要注重对学习方式和相关学习理念的创新,从而进一步加强对党员干部的个性化培训。本文就将对党员干部的个性化培训路径进行相应的研究和分析,希望进一步明确其培训的价值和意义。
With the development of modern society, the party and government building in our country have also been correspondingly developed. Especially in the transport industry system, effectively promoting the learning party-building work is of great help to the upgrading and development of work efficiency. However, in carrying out this work, we must also respect the individualized development of party members, give full play to their individuality, and enhance the enthusiasm and ability to innovate in learning so as to better help the development of transportation units.
