本实验采用成年狗,以6极心导管电极从颈外静脉插至上腔静脉与右心房交界处,能记录到一个在心电图P波以前19—26毫秒的“P前波”。通过夹除窦房结和高血钾等实验证明,“P前波”可与P波分离而存在,并随窦房结夹除而消失。初步证明它是窦房结活动产生的窦房结电位。从窦房结波起点到P波起点时间可作为直接法测定窦房传导时。在狗体表,于心房水平前后位置用双极引导,经10~5放大迭加,可以迭加到与心导管电极记录窦房结电位相同步的体表窦房结电位。为非损伤性测定窦房传导功能提供一个新的技术。
In this experiment, an adult dog was inserted into the superior vena cava and the right atrium from the jugular vein at the 6-pole catheter electrode. A “P anterior wave” of 19-26 ms prior to the P wave of the electrocardiogram was recorded. Through the dissection of the sinus node and hyperkalemia experiments show that “P before the wave” can be separated with the P wave exists, and disappeared with the stenosis. Preliminary evidence that it is sinus node activity generated sinus node potential. From the beginning of the sinus node wave to P wave starting time can be used as the direct method of determination of sinoatrial conduction.
