为检验已知最大力量(1 RM)预测公式在特定人群应用中的准确性,选取体育教育专业42名男生分别进行两次卧推和下蹲最大力量实测及50%1 RM和80%1 RM负重至疲劳状态(RTF)的最大重复次数,对6种最大力量预测公式进行效度检验。结果发现,2次卧推与下蹲最大力量实测的信度高,6种最大力量预测公式具有较好的效度,在预测的准确性上具有一定差异。80%1 RM负重预测的准确性明显高于50%1 RM,下肢最大力量的预测准确性略要高于上肢;BROWN、O’CONNOR与WELDAY等人的预测公式更适用于具有运动背景的体育教育专业大学生。
To test the accuracy of the known maximum power (1 RM) prediction formula for specific population applications, 42 male PE majors were selected to perform maximum bench press and squat strength test and 50% 1 RM and 80% 1 RM The maximum number of repetitions from fatigue to fatigue (RTF) was used to test the validity of the six maximum power prediction formulas.
