文章通过梳理我国传媒业智力服务体系的基本格局,从新闻出版业转型升级、融合发展的时代背景出发,对以服务于传媒业的决策咨询和行业治理、创新规划为主要研究方向的传媒业专业智库建设的政策环境和产业环境加以分析,提出新时期我国传媒业新型智库应着力构建的4种能力,即智政沟通能力、系统性创新设计能力、适度超前预见未来的能力以及跨界合作能力。
By combing the basic pattern of the intellectual service system of the media industry in our country, starting from the background of the transformation and upgrading of the press and publication industry and the integration and development, the article studies the media industry with the major of the policy consulting and industrial governance and innovation planning serving the media industry This paper analyzes the policy environment and industrial environment of think tank construction and puts forward four kinds of abilities that should be built up by the new think tank of media industry in the new era: the ability of intellectual communication, systematic innovation and design, the ability of moderate ahead of the future and the ability of cross-border cooperation.
