对核盘菌的重寄生茼盾壳霉产生的几丁质酶的基本性质进行了研究,结果表明:盾壳霉几丁质酶酶促反应的最适温度为50℃,最适pH 8.0;当温度不高于50℃、pH 5.0~9.0的范围内酶活性较稳定;一些金属离子Mg~(2+)、Fe~(2+)、Ca~(2+)、Ba~(2+)和Mn~(2+)等对盾壳霉几丁质酶活性有促进作用,而另外两种金属离子Zn~(2+)和Cu~(2+)对盾壳霉几丁质酶活性具有抑制作用;一定浓度的草酸(1~4 mmol/L)和硼酸(25~75 mmol/L)可提高几丁质酶的活性。并且就影响盾壳霉几丁质酶活性因子的生物学意义和潜在的利用价值进行了讨论。
The basic properties of chitinase produced by Pythium fortunei, a heavy parachinant of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, were studied. The results showed that the optimum temperature for chitinase enzymatic reaction was 50 ℃ and the optimum pH was 8.0. When the temperature is not higher than 50 ℃, the enzyme activity is stable in the range of pH 5.0-9.0. Some metal ions such as Mg 2+, Fe 2+, Ca 2+, Ba 2+, And Mn ~ (2+) promoted the chitinase activity of C. concretiorum, whereas the other two Zn (2+) and Cu (2+) ions had the (1 ~ 4 mmol / L) and boric acid (25 ~ 75 mmol / L) could increase the activity of chitinase. And discussed the biological significance and potential utilization value of chitinase activity factors affecting conchosporium.
