用催化极谱法测定血清中Se(Ⅳ),具有灵敏、快速、简便、选择性好等优点,对硒-碘酸钾体系,在示波极谱上测定,Se(Ⅳ)的检出下限可达0.04ppb,线性范围为0.04~2.5ppb,样品平行4次测定的变异系数小于5%,平均回收率99.7%,结果准确可靠。血清中硒的测定,国内外亦有不少报道,young等用气液色谱法,Morss等用中子活化法,Rriscoe等用溶液荧光光谱法,Gofmann等用X射线荧光分析法,申洲波等用阴极溶出伏安法,刘训健等用催化极谱法。本文数据系用催化极谱法方法测得。
The determination of Se (Ⅳ) in serum by catalytic polarography is sensitive, rapid, simple and selective. The Se (Ⅳ) detection limit of selenium-potassium iodate system is determined by oscillopolarography. Up to 0.04ppb. The linear range was 0.04-2.5ppb. The coefficient of variation (CV) was less than 5% for four parallel determinations. The average recovery was 99.7%. The results were accurate and reliable. Determination of serum selenium, there are many reports at home and abroad, young and other gas-liquid chromatography, Morss and other neutron activation method, Rriscoe and other solution using fluorescence spectroscopy, Gofmann and other X-ray fluorescence analysis, Shenzhou wave Cathodic stripping voltammetry, Liu Xunjian catalytic polarography. The data in this paper is measured by catalytic polarography.
