Large-capacity boiler coal consumption is large, it is difficult to ensure a single coal, therefore requiring the boiler with a wider range of coal adaptability. In addition, some power plants need to transit coal, coal mixed phenomenon often occurs, it will lead to complex and volatile coal. In order to make the boiler have the ability to adapt 6 to 20% of the volatile matter, and have a lower lower stable load without fueling combustion, various suitable combustion modes are being explored at home and abroad. Among them, the w type Combustion, also known as the top combustion, can better meet the above requirements. The United States maintains that W-type combustion should be considered when the volatile content is less than 13%. The standard in the United Kingdom is 18% and that in Japan is 20%. In addition, burning coal with a variety of coal, but also to take appropriate measures for coal blending, so that relatively stable coal, and in time to do a good job in front of the coal coal forecasting work.
