目的对过硫酸铵-砷铈催化分光光度法测定尿碘进行质量控制。方法根据WS/T 107-2006的方法评价方法的准确度和精密度。结果在标准曲线范围内,碘浓度与相应测得的吸光度的对数值之间有良好的线性关系,r>0.999;相对标准偏差(RSD)<10%,变异系数<10%。结论该方法的准确度、精密度、线性范围都符合方法学的要求且结果满意。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality control of urinary iodine by ammonium persulfate-arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry. Methods The accuracy and precision of the method were evaluated according to the method of WS / T 107-2006. Results There was a good linear relationship between the iodine concentration and the logarithm of the corresponding measured absorbance within the range of the standard curve, r> 0.999; the relative standard deviation (RSD) <10% and the coefficient of variation <10%. Conclusion The accuracy, precision and linearity of this method are in accordance with the requirements of methodology and the results are satisfactory.
