目的:评价3种根管封闭剂的根尖和冠方封闭性能。方法:收集新鲜拔除的人恒前牙60颗,用手用镍钛锉预备后随机分为A、B、C 3个实验组即为Cortisomol封闭剂、AHplus封闭剂加牙胶尖侧压充填,GattaFlow加主尖充填(每组20颗)。根充后用印度墨汁染色、脱矿、脱水、制成透明,在体视显微镜下测量染料渗入根管的长度。结果:3组根尖部染料渗入长度分别为(0.4~2.9)mm、(0~1.9)mm、(0~2.1)mm,冠部染料渗入长度分别为(0.46~2.0)mm、(0~1.28)mm、(0~1.14)mm。3组间根尖和冠部微渗漏差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:Gatta-Flow常温流动牙胶充填系统能更好的封闭根管尖端和冠部,其封闭性优于其余两种封闭剂,从而在临床上可推广应用。
Objective: To evaluate the apical and coronal sealing performance of three kinds of root canal sealing agents. Methods: Sixty-six permanent fresh anterior teeth were harvested, and were randomly divided into A, B and C experimental groups by hand with nickel-titanium files. The experimental groups were Cortisomol sealant, AHplus sealant plus gingivitis tip pressure, GattaFlow plus tip filling (20 per set). After root filling with Indian ink stain, demineralization, dehydration, made of transparent, measuring the length of dye penetration into the root canal under a stereomicroscope. RESULTS: The penetration length of the dye in the apical portion of the three groups was (0.4 ~ 2.9) mm, (0 ~ 1.9) mm, (0 ~ 2.1) mm and the corneal dye infiltration length was (0.46 ~ 2.0) mm 1.28) mm, (0 ~ 1.14) mm. There was significant difference in apical and coronary microleakage between the three groups (P <0.05, P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Gatta-Flow at room temperature can effectively close the tip and crown of root canals. Its sealing ability is better than the other two kinds of sealing agents, so it can be widely used clinically.
