在偏食条件下给大白鼠饮水中加氟化钠200mg/L,对鼠生长中软骨的影响主要表现为佝偻病样效应,即肥大软骨细胞明显增多。还可看到一系列代谢活跃的生化改变,包括~(35)S的掺入率上升,硫酸软骨素含量增加,乳酸脱氢酶、中性金属蛋白多糖降解酶活性增高等。取鸡胚关节软骨进行细胞培养,培养液中加氟0.2~1.4 mmol/L细胞可正常生长,并对蛋白多糖的合成起促进作用;氟浓度加大到2.0mmol/L时则表现为细胞毒作用,蛋白多糖合成能力下降。
