与工作有关疾病是一类发生在职业人群中的由多因素所致的常见病。劳动组织、劳动强度、工作场所的影响,社会、精神等不良因素可以诱发或加剧已存在的疾病,采取适当卫生措施可以控制其发生。虽然他们是各行各业的常见病,涉及面广,影响缺勤较多,但国内目前在这方面的调查甚少。为此,我们在1983年5～6月间对某些职业人群进行了有关疾病的流行病学调查,初步探讨了不同职业与这些疾病的关系。
Work related illness is a common category of multifactorial diseases that occur in occupational groups. Labor organizations, labor intensity, workplace influences, social and spiritual factors can induce or exacerbate existing diseases and take appropriate sanitation measures to control their occurrence. Although they are common diseases in all trades and industries, involving a wide range of people and affecting absenteeism, there are very few investigations in this regard in China at present. To this end, we conducted an epidemiological survey of some of the occupational groups between May and June 1983 to discuss the relationship between different occupations and these diseases.
