新人口论的形成和 遭遇 自从1956年向科学进军以来,他在公务十分繁忙中,仍挤出时间,从事经济研究。1956～1957年先后发表两篇读综合平衡理论的文章。他认为,只有搞好国民经济的综合平衡,才能实现国民经济的高速度增长。
The Formation and Encounter of the New Population Theory Since his military advance to science in 1956, he has been out of time and engaged in economic research during his busy official duties. 1956 ~ 1957 published two articles on the theory of comprehensive balance. He believes that only by comprehensively balancing the national economy can we achieve the rapid growth of the national economy.
