不管对于何种性质的企业而言,企业文化是至关重要的,但是要想企业文化在其内部深深扎根,就必须要长期坚持传播企业文化。但是企业文化在内部传播过程中,却面临着传播渠道、形式、内容以及对象方面等多方面的困难,这些困难都使得企业文化难以在内部得到完全宣传,从而导致企业文化难以生存。因此,要想企业文化得以生存和发展,就必须要克服传播方面的困难,从而顺利在企业内部宣传企业文化,进而实现文化管理,从根本上促进员工和企业之间的和谐发展。
No matter what kind of business, corporate culture is crucial, but in order to deeply rooted corporate culture within it, we must continue to spread long-term corporate culture. However, in the process of internal communication, corporate culture faces many difficulties, such as the channels, forms, contents and objects of communication. All of these difficulties make it difficult for the enterprise culture to be fully publicized internally, which makes it difficult for the corporate culture to survive. Therefore, in order to survive and develop the corporate culture, it is necessary to overcome the difficulties in communication so as to successfully promote the corporate culture within the enterprise so as to realize the cultural management and promote the harmonious development between the employees and the enterprise fundamentally.
