目的:了解社区卫生服务在居民心目的作用,为社区卫生服务的发展寻找发展策略。方法:印发相关内容问卷,对社区居民进行社会调查,并统计分析结果。结果:居民在健康理念、健康行动上,与其相对应的社区卫生服务机构的功能和交互上,存在极大差别,需要我们:一、促进居民对社区卫生服务功能的认识;二、做好社区健康状况基础数据,让功效说话;三、社区卫生服务机构要快速有效发展,树立品牌形象,成为居民真正健康守护神。结论:社区卫生服务的发展要注重宣传策略。
Objective: To understand the role of community health services in the minds of residents and to find development strategies for the development of community health services. Methods: Relevant questionnaires were issued, community surveys were conducted among community residents, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: Residents have great differences in terms of their health concepts, health behaviors and the functions and interactions of their corresponding community health service agencies. They need us to: 1. promote residents’ understanding of community health service functions; Third, the community health service agencies to quickly and effectively develop, establish a brand image, a real resident of the health patron saint. Conclusion: The development of community health services should pay attention to publicity strategy.
