作者对连续197例手术治疗原发性甲状旁腺机能亢进(甲旁亢)病人在甲状旁腺切除前后肾结石病的发病率、进展及症状作了比较。材料与方法:共观察了197例原发性甲旁亢病人甲状旁腺切除前后肾结石病的进展史,其中女性130例,男性67例。手术时平均年龄为53.2岁(21～89岁)。183例为腺瘤,14例为原发性增生。所有病人术后观察1至22年(平均7年)。以血钙及甲状旁腺素值转为正常为指标,所有病人的甲旁亢均已治愈(4例未治愈已予除外)。记录全组肾绞痛发作的次数和频率。
The authors compared the incidence, progression and symptoms of nephrolithiasis in 197 consecutive patients with primary hyperparathyroidism (hyperparathyroidism) before and after parathyroidectomy. Materials and Methods: A total of 197 patients with primary hyperparathyroidism were observed before and after parathyroidectomy history of renal stone disease, including 130 cases of women, 67 males. The average age of surgery was 53.2 years (21 to 89 years). 183 cases of adenomas, 14 cases of primary hyperplasia. All patients were observed for 1 to 22 years (average 7 years). Calcium and parathyroid hormone values to normal as an indicator, all patients have been cured by hyperparathyroidism (4 cases have been cured except). Record the frequency and frequency of episodes of renal colic in the entire group.
