对武汉钢铁股份有限公司CSP产线“BOF→LF→RH→CC”工艺流程生产高铝钢(w(AlS)=0.20%~0.45%)水口结瘤的现象进行了研究,研究表明造成水口结瘤的重要原因在于钙处理工艺不当,使钢中生成大量CaS和xCaO.yAl2O3类的高熔点复合夹杂物。通过钙处理工艺优化后,使得高铝钢的平均连浇炉数由原来的3.25炉迅速提高到10.86炉的水平,基本解决了CSP产线高铝钢钢水可浇性差的技术难题。
Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. CSP production line “BOF → LF → RH → CC ” process of production of high aluminum (w (AlS) = 0.20% ~ 0.45%) nozzle nodules phenomenon was studied, The most important reason for nozzle nodulation lies in the improper calcium treatment process, resulting in a large amount of high-melting composite inclusions of CaS and xCaO.yAl2O3 in steel. Through optimization of calcium treatment process, the average continuous casting furnace number of high aluminum steel is rapidly raised from the original 3.25 furnace to the level of 10.86 furnaces, which basically solves the technical problems of poor pourability of high aluminum steel molten steel in the CSP production line.
