本文通过对比城市内生式发展模式和营销发展模式的理论内涵、演进以及对我国城市发展的影响和作用,指出城市发展应依据本地的实际状况,因地制宜遵循城市发展规律,注重内生式发展与营销发展的平衡。
By comparing the theoretical connotation and evolution of urban endogenous development model and marketing development model with the impact and effect on urban development in our country, this paper points out that urban development should be based on local actual conditions, follow the rules of urban development according to local conditions, pay attention to endogenous development and Marketing development balance.
