运用文献资料法、实验对比、数理统计等方法,对苏州科技学院2007级瑜伽选修班的40名女大学生分为普通组、对照组进行心血管功能指标的测定。结果表明:经过4个半月的锻炼,实验组心血管功能明显优于对照组,说明瑜伽练习可有效改善女大学生的心血管功能。
Using the method of literature, experiment and comparison, mathematical statistics and other methods, 40 female college students in the 2007 Yoga Elective Courses in Suzhou University of Science and Technology were divided into general group and control group for the determination of cardiovascular function. The results showed that after 4 and a half months of training, the cardiovascular function of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, indicating that yoga practice can effectively improve the cardiovascular function of female college students.
