中国蛇床(Cnidum monnieri)的果实蛇床子,以及日本产的蛇床属代表植物Cnidum Japonicum Miq.的成分研究均未见有报导。本文对这两者的成分及它们之间的相互关系进行了研究。生药的醚浸膏经硅胶柱层析法分离,用正己烷-乙酸乙酯洗脱,从蛇床子中除分离得columbianadin(I),archangelicin(Ⅱ),edultin(Ⅲ),columbianetin acetate(Ⅳ),佛手烯(佛手脑)bergapten(V),异茴芹内酯(Isopimpinellin,Ⅵ)columbianetin(Ⅶ)等7种已知的香豆素外,还获得到一种熔点为153~154°,分子式为C_(20)H_(22)O_7的物质。从分解反应,核磁共振光谱确定该物质是3′-羟基-2′,3′-
No studies have been reported on the composition of Cnidum monnieri fruiting Cotyledon and Japanese Cnidum Japonicum Miq. This article studies the composition of the two and their interrelationships. The ether extracts of crude drugs were separated by silica gel column chromatography and eluted with n-hexane-ethyl acetate to separate columbianadin (I), archangelicin (II), edultin (III) and columbianetin acetate (IV) , Bergapten (V), and berberapten (V), columbianetin (Ⅶ) such as bergapten and other seven kinds of known coumarin, a new melting point of 153 ~ 154 °, C_ (20) H_ (22) O_7 substance.
