用5个同核异质不育系和5个恢复系组成5×5不完全双列杂交,估算了不育系细胞质基因对单株粒重、生育期等9个性状的配合力的作用。结果表明:杂交稻同核异质不育系的胞质基因对不育系多数性状的一般配合力效应和组合特殊配合力效应均具显著的作用。因而认为,配合力的遗传基础应包括细胞质基因的效应。
Using 5 isonuclear allogeneic sterile lines and 5 restorer lines to make 5 × 5 incomplete diallel crosses, the effects of cytoplasmic genes (CMS) on the combining ability of 9 traits such as grain weight per plant and growth period were estimated. The results showed that the cytoplasmic genes of heteronuclear allo-sterile lines of hybrid rice had significant effects on the general combining ability and the combining ability of combining ability of most traits of CMS lines. Therefore, the genetic basis of combining ability should include the effect of cytoplasmic genes.
