本文采用化学分析试验方法,对中原油田桥口地区产出水采用水质改性处理技术后与地层水的配伍性进行了研究。结果表明中原油田桥口地区产出水采用水质改性处理技术后与地层水混注不会对地层产生明显的结垢伤害。但现场进行水处理时,应严格控制药剂质量、加药量及保证足够的沉降时间。污水采用适当的技术处理后,不仅可以解决因污水排放而引起的环境污染问题,而且可以实现污水回注,既满足了油气生产需要,又可节省大量水资源。因此,清污混注结垢与否成为人们关注的问题。
In this paper, chemical analysis test method was used to study the compatibility with formation water after the water quality modification technology was applied to the produced water in Qiaokou area of Zhongyuan Oilfield. The results show that the water produced in Qiaokou area of Zhongyuan Oilfield can not cause obvious scale damage to the formation after mixed with formation water after water quality modification treatment. However, on-site water treatment should be strictly controlled pharmaceutical quality, dosage and ensure adequate settlement time. Sewage treatment with appropriate technology can not only solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by sewage discharge, but also realize the injection of wastewater, which not only meets the needs of oil and gas production but also saves a lot of water resources. Therefore, clean-up compound scaling or become a matter of concern.
