本文对亚硒酸钠、硒代硫酸软骨素、硒代蛋氨酸和硒酵母四种化合物在Wistar大鼠血液中的代谢作了对比研究。不同硒化合物一次灌胃后大鼠血清硒含量在48小时之内降低到正常饲料水平。所能达到的最高全血和血清硒浓度按硒代蛋氨酸、亚硒酸钠、硒代硫酸软骨素、硒酵母顺序减少。四种硒化合物在2小时血清中均产生四价硒中间体。2小时和24小时血清含硒组分的分子量分布差异表现为大分子和小分子组分硒含量显著降低。
In this paper, sodium selenite, selenose chondroitin sulfate, selenomethionine and selenium yeast four compounds in Wistar rats blood metabolism were compared. Selenium content of different selenium compounds in rats after a gavage reduced to normal feed levels within 48 hours. Selenium methionine, sodium selenite, chondroitin sulfate selenate, and selenium yeast decreased in the order of highest selenium and serum selenium. Four selenium compounds produce tetravalent selenium intermediates in 2 hours of serum. The difference in molecular weight distribution of selenium-containing components at 2 and 24 hours showed that the content of selenium in macromolecules and small molecules decreased significantly.
