实训室在高职院校里是工学结合和校企合作最显著的成果,也是校内对于实践教学的重要组成部分。实训室的管理水平是衡量该院校办学质量的标准之一,所以提高实训室的管理水平对高职院校来说意义重大。本文针对实训室管理方面的问题提出改进措施,将企业的现场管理理念融入其中,利于师生合理利用实训室,有更加良好的环境进行学习和工作。 Training room in vocational colleges in the combination of work and school-enterprise cooperation is the most significant achievement, but also for school practice teaching an important part. The management level of training room is one of the standards to measure the quality of running a school. Therefore, improving the management level of training room is of great significance to vocational colleges. In this paper, improvement measures are put forward for the training room management problems, and the concept of on-site management of the enterprise is incorporated into them. This will help teachers and students make rational use of the training room and have a better environment for study and work.
