为满足运载火箭大型舱段壁板的自动钻铆对制孔质量的要求,本文对典型铝合金叠层进行了自动化制孔试验,采用正交试验分析了主轴转速、进给量和刀具锋角三种制孔参数对出孔毛刺高度的影响,同时进行了不同压紧力作用下制孔试验,研究了压紧力对叠层层间毛刺高度的影响规律。试验表明,在适当的钻削参数下可实现运载火箭铝合金叠层壁板的高质量制孔,叠层制孔层间毛刺可控制在0.045mm左右,出口毛刺高度﹤0.127mm。
In order to meet the requirements of the hole quality of the automatic riveting and riveting of the bulkhead siding of launch vehicle, this paper made an automatic hole making test on the typical aluminum alloy laminate. The orthogonal experiment was used to analyze the spindle speed, The influence of the three kinds of hole parameters on the height of burr hole was studied. The hole making test under different pressing forces was carried out at the same time. The influence of the pressing force on the burr height between layers was studied. Experiments show that under appropriate drilling parameters, the high quality hole of the carrier rocket aluminum alloy laminated siding can be achieved. The burr of the laminated hole can be controlled at about 0.045mm and the height of the exit burr <0.127mm.
