为分析建筑工人安全知识分享的影响因素及其关系,选取6个指标、34个因子,构建安全知识分享行为影响因素概念模型。采用问卷打分形式量化因子,用SPSS,AMOS等软件对概念模型进行验证性因子分析,并加以修正,得到指标对工人安全知识分享行为的影响路径系数。结果表明:组织氛围、利益刺激、安全培训与专题讨论对工人安全知识分享行为有显著影响,且组织氛围的影响系数最大。建筑企业可以通过改善组织氛围、加强内部管理、重视工人之间的沟通和交流、完善企业制度等方法,来提高工人之间安全知识分享行为的频率,减少安全事故的发生。
In order to analyze the influencing factors and their relations of construction workers’ safety knowledge sharing, 6 indexes and 34 factors are selected to construct the conceptual model of influencing factors of safety knowledge sharing behavior. The questionnaire was used to quantify the quantitative factors, and the confirmatory factor analysis of the conceptual model was carried out by using software such as SPSS and AMOS, and then revised to obtain the path coefficient of the index on the safety knowledge-sharing behavior of workers. The results show that the organizational atmosphere, incentive stimulation, safety training and thematic discussion have a significant impact on worker safety knowledge-sharing behavior, and the organizational climate has the greatest influence coefficient. Construction enterprises can improve the frequency of safety knowledge sharing among workers and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents by improving the organizational climate, strengthening internal management, attaching importance to communication and exchange among workers, and improving corporate systems.
