B细胞能够分泌抗体、递呈抗原,在免疫应答中发挥重要作用。部分B细胞还具有抑制免疫炎症反应的功能,被称为调节性B细胞(Breg)。Breg在多种自体免疫性疾病、感染和肿瘤等的发生发展过程中起着重要的调节作用;对其研究将有助于深入阐述多种临床相关疾病的发病和治疗。Breg亚群众多,它们多数具有与调节性T细胞(Treg)类似的功能,激活后发挥免疫调节作用。本文主要总结了已报道的人与鼠的Breg亚群及其相关表面标志,并探讨了其未来的研究方向。
B cells are capable of secreting antibodies, presenting antigens and playing an important role in the immune response. Some B cells also have the function of inhibiting the immune inflammatory response, called regulatory B cells (Bregs). Breg plays an important regulatory role in the development and progression of a variety of autoimmune diseases, infections and tumors; its research will help to elucidate the pathogenesis and treatment of many clinically relevant diseases. Breg subpopulations, most of them have regulatory T cells (Treg) similar functions, activation of immune regulation. This article summarizes the reported human and mouse Breg subpopulations and their associated surface markers and explores their future research directions.
