目的研究贵州天名精Carpesium faberi全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、C18反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术与半制备HPLC色谱分离纯化,并根据理化性质与光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从贵州天名精全草丙酮提取物中分离得到12个化合物,包括1个二萜、1个生物碱、5个单萜、2个黄酮、2个木脂素及1个黄酮木脂素二聚体,分别鉴定为ent-kaurane-3β,16β,17-triol(1)、3-(hydroxy-acetyl)-1H-indole(2)、8,9,10-trihydroxythymol(3)、8-hydroxy-9,10-diisobutyryloxy-thymol(4)、香橙醇-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、(3S)-linalyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)、(1R,2S,4S,5R)-2,5-二羟基-p-薄荷烷(7)、木犀草素(8)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(9)、medioresinol(10)、松脂素(11)、水飞蓟素与异水飞蓟素的混合物(12)。结论化合物1~6、8~12为首次从本属植物中发现。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of whole plant of Carpesium faberi from Guizhou. Methods Silica gel, C18 reverse phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and other chromatographic techniques and semi-preparative HPLC chromatographic separation and purification, and physical and chemical properties and spectral data identified the structure of the compound. Results Twelve compounds, including one diterpene, one alkaloid, five monoterpenes, two flavonoids, two lignans and one flavonolignan, were isolated from the acetone extract of Alnus cremastogyne from Guizhou. Dimers were identified as ent-kaurane-3β, 16β, 17-triol (1), 3- (hydroxy-acetyl) -1H-indole (2), 8,9,10-trihydroxythymol hydroxy-9,10-diisobutyryloxy-thymol (4), orange alcohol-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), (3S) -linalyl-β-D-glucopyranoside , 5R) -2,5-dihydroxy-p-menthane (7), luteolin (8), apigenin-7-O-β- D-glucopyranose (9), medioresinol (11), a mixture of silymarin and isonuccinin (12). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 6 and 8 ~ 12 were found from this genus for the first time.
