一、发展和现状美国人梅曼(Maiman)在1960年发明了红宝石“受激辐射光放大器”——Laser,使得古老而且发展已是很完善了的光学学科发生了一场革命。在我国,根据著名物理学家钱学森的建议,于1964年第三次全国光受激发射学术报告会上一致决定统一称为“激光”。随着激光技术的出现和发展,人们预料并认识到激光在科学和技术领域变革中所起的巨大作用。早在1962年,在周总理亲自主持下制定的我国1963~1972年科学发展纲要中关于激光技术的论述
