本文首先分析了当前水雷兵器质量上的主要问题是可靠性不足,而后运用“失效物理模型”理论说明了改善水雷兵器贮存环境条件对延缓水雷贮存可靠性下降趋势的作用,以及当采用不同的维修方针时,水雷修理对改善水雷可靠性的作用,并把广义可靠性概念—有效度引用到水雷中提出了水雷兵器准备度的定义。最后对当前水雷维修对策进行了分析,提出了一些改进意见,其中对确定水雷检修周期、元部件备品量的计算方法作了初步探讨。
