本文目的是:为内循环滚珠螺旋传动设计新型回珠槽曲线——五次抛物线型回珠槽曲线,并分析其特性。新型曲线的设计根据是微分几何中曲线接触的理论。文中给出了计算曲线坐标(x、y、z)的全部解析表达式,证明了这种曲线的某些重要特性。这些特性有助于滚珠螺旋传动提高效率和消除振动。
The purpose of this paper is to design a new bead return curve for the inner circulating ball screw drive - the curve of the fifth parabolic bead return and analyze its characteristics. The design of the new curve is based on the theory of curve contact in differential geometry. In this paper, all analytic expressions for calculating curvilinear coordinates (x, y, z) are given, and some important characteristics of this kind of curve are proved. These features help ball screw drives increase efficiency and eliminate vibration.
