问:我是一家传统消费品零售企业,我们在做电子商务时,遇到了一个应该是比较普遍的问题,网上的价格一旦有任何的波动或者降价,实体渠道的经销商们反应都很强烈。目前我们网购仅仅是一个刚开始的业务,而线下销售已经很成熟了,请问我们要怎样制定价格策略,才能兼顾到每个渠道的利益?答:这是一个操作层面上很具体的问题。任何生产企业都有价格管控,有分区域的,有按渠道的,方法不同,套路都差不多。
Q: I am a traditional retailer of consumer products. When we did e-commerce, we encountered a problem that should be relatively common. If any fluctuations or price reductions were found in the online prices, the distributors in the physical channels reacted strongly. At present, our online shopping is just a start-up business, and offline sales have matured. How can we formulate a pricing strategy so as to balance the interests of each channel? A: This is a very specific issue on the operational level. Any manufacturing enterprises have price control, there are sub-regions, according to channels, different ways, routines are similar.
