本文描述弱磁场磁选机的结构型式,其分级作用是基于:在一个由电磁线圈所形成的电磁场中一层很浓的可磁化固体物料颗粒的悬浮液富集。这种方法在工业上大规模使用的可能性已被证明:在强烈浓密到大约70％的固体含量的同时,可以分选出大约含72％Fe的精矿。这些精矿能被直接送到过滤机过滤。
This article describes the structure of a weak magnetic field separator, the classification of which is based on the enrichment of a dense suspension of magnetizable solid material particles in an electromagnetic field formed by electromagnetic coils. The possibility of large-scale industrial use of this method has proven that, at a very dense to about 70% solids content, a concentrate of about 72% Fe can be sorted out. These concentrates can be sent directly to the filter to filter.
