目的:对环草石斛Dendrobium loddigesii的1H-NMR指纹图谱进行解析。方法:应用硅胶柱色谱法分离环草石斛SCEA的化学成分,鉴定单体化合物的结构并对其进行1H-NMR研究,从而实现环草石斛的1H-NMR指纹图谱解析。结果:不同来源的环草石斛样品,其1H-NMR指纹图谱有很好的重现性和高度的特征性。从其SCEA中分得4个主要成分,经光谱分析鉴定了其结构,分别为moscatilin(1),moscatin(2),gigantol(3)和十八碳二烯酸单甘油酯(4)。结论:环草石斛的1H-NMR指纹图谱可用于其基源鉴定,并主要显示了以上4个化合物的特征共振信号;化合物3和4为首次从环草石斛分离鉴定。
Objective: To analyze the 1H-NMR fingerprint of Dendrobium loddigesii. METHODS: The chemical constituents of SCEA were isolated by silica gel column chromatography. The structures of monomeric compounds were identified and 1H-NMR studies were performed. The 1H-NMR fingerprinting of Radix hesperosae was achieved. RESULTS: The 1H-NMR fingerprints of the samples from different sources were very reproducible and highly characteristic. Four major components were isolated from their SCEA and their structures were identified by spectral analysis. They were moscatilin (1), moscatin (2), gigantol (3) and octadecadienoic acid monoglyceride (4). Conclusion: The 1H-NMR fingerprint of Dendrobium candidum can be used for the identification of its basic sources, and the characteristic resonance signals of the above four compounds are mainly shown. Compounds 3 and 4 are isolated from the Dendrobium nobile for the first time.
