五、推掌 1.甲、乙双方均左前式站立,甲双掌屈肘、屈腕直立胸前,掌心朝前,乙双掌屈腕向前推住甲双掌,左掌推右掌,右掌推左掌(图20)。甲双掌用力向前推乙手掌,缓慢推直,左腿屈膝,右腿蹬直。乙双掌抗衡着缓慢后移至胸前,上身随之后移(图21)。乙双掌用力向前推甲双掌,臂缓慢推直,上身前移,左腿屈膝,右腿伸直。甲双掌抗衡着后移至胸前,身体随之后移(图22)。
