我公司有一台ZL5O装载机,发动机为6130型增压式柴油机。新机使用半年,就发现水箱里有少许变质的油漂浮于水面上。从油量消耗上无法判断水箱中的油究竟来自液力变矩器,还是来自发动机。观察一段时间,发现发动机机油耗量增加,水箱里的油也增加。无疑,是机油窜入了水套。从发动机结构分析,机油冷却器窜油的可能性大。但经拆检,O形圈和垫片都没有窜油痕迹,冷却器芯子试压也无泄漏,这说明故障不在机油冷却器。一般来说,此时修理人员往往是采用更换缸盖的办法来排除故障,结果造成浪费。我们采取了以下解决办法。 由图知,油道在缸盖内是直的,从b处挖出钢球,将Φ8×1的铜管涂抹一层乐泰271型厌氧胶后,用榔头轻
